Changing format of note mid-note

I am halfway through a note when I realize that I need to be doing a DC note. Would like a way to transfer my objective info to a new note without having to close out note and start over.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality already exists today in our enhanced documentation solution. With our enhanced SOAP notes you would simply click on a dropdown found next to the note type and select the note type you wish to convert your note to. For example switching a daily note or progress note to a discharge - Here’s a link to our help center that can help walk you through what this functionality would look like: https://help.emr.webpt.com/article/753-converting-notes.
